Toi Traders reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the Services and material displayed on or offered through the Site, with or without notice to you, and is not obligated to support or update the Site or Services.

Eligibility.

Use of the Site and Services is void where prohibited. You shall comply with all applicable local and national laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the use of the Site and Services. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You must be at least 18 years of age and have Internet access, a valid e-mail address, and a valid mailing address to register for the Site and Services. Full use of the Site and Services may require you to provide a valid debit or credit card. While individuals between the ages of 8 and 18 may utilize the Site and Services, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Toy Trading.

A shipment is deemed successful when the Toi Traders user requesting your toys notifies Toi Traders that the toy arrived within 60 days of your agreement to ship and is in good condition. Without limiting other remedies, Toi Traders may elect not to credit your account for any toys reported as lost, incorrect or otherwise damaged, or under any conditions at Toi Traders sole discretion.

You may not illegally copy games/toys or keep copies of games/toys you trade. Your access to the Site or Services may be immediately terminated in the event you use the Site or Services for illegal purposes or make unlawful copies of games/toys or unlawfully distribute toys. You acknowledge and agree that you have valid title and ownership rights to any toys that you make available on the Site or Services. You are aware that not all toys are available on the Site or via the Services and that Toi Trade does not guarantee you will receive any toys nor that any toys you do receive will be in good condition.

Shipping Your Toys

You are entirely responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging, optional insurance and any other costs. In no event will Toi Traders be liable for any costs you incur in shipping Toys or in any costs incurred directly or indirectly by use of the Site.

Registration and Account Rules.

To register, you must provide your name, shipping address, and e-mail address. You shall permit Toi Traders to store and use this personal data provided by you for purposes of maintaining your account. By registering, you also consent to the disclosure of your name and shipping address to Toi Traders users for shipping purposes, as well as the disclosure of your email address to other Toi Traders users. In addition, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• You shall maintain your account with up-to-date information;
• You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account;
• You shall immediately report any unauthorized use of your account to Toi Traders as well as any other breach of security;
• You shall not share your password with any other person;
• You shall not assign, sell or transfer your account to any other person.

Fees and Charges.

Toi Traders will charge you a monthly fee for use of Premium Services.

Cancellation.

Toi Traders reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services or Site, with or without cause, at any time and effective immediately. Reasons Toi traders may terminate or suspend your account shall include, but are not limited to, the violation of any of these Terms.

You may cancel your Toi Traders account at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. You acknowledge, however, that cancellation will result in your forfeiture of any toys to which you were entitled through the Services. To cancel your account, contact us by using the "admin@toitraders.com" link at the lower section of each page of the Site.

Cookies.

Toi Traders may place a cookie or other small text file on any computer from which you access the Site or Services and you consent to that placement.

By using the Site and Services, you consent to receiving e-mail from Toi Traders These e-mailings will include, but are not limited to, notices about your account (for example, shipping and receiving e-mails) and information concerning or related to the Site or Services, such as recommendations or notifications of posted blurbs. These e-mailings are part of your relationship with Toi Traders.

For any software not accompanied by a license agreement, Toi Traders hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with the Site and Services in accordance with these Terms.

You will not disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software. You acknowledge that the software and any accompanying documentation is subject to applicable export laws and regulations. Toi Traders will not be responsible for failures to fulfil any obligations due to causes beyond its control. No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created as a result of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
